Senior Digital Traffic Executive
We are currently recruiting a Senior Digital Traffic Executive with 3+ years of experience in building traffic for mobile Apps and Websites, excellent skills in SEO/SEM, PPC, Affiliate campaigns and analytics tools.

Your responsibilities will include:
Grow and optimize traffic flows to eCommerce Website and Apps
Develop and execute digital traffic campaigns: SEM, SEO, PPC, Social and Affiliation
Develop best practices approach for analyzing Customer behavior on our Websites and Apps, gathering and analyzing data to identify key performance indicators (KPI’s), understand online traffic patterns, segment Customer behaviors and prioritize site issues resulting in improved Website and Apps performances
Manage daily activities of all search engine marketing (SEM) and Affiliation partners
Coordinate with eCommerce calendar to ensure timely execution of trafic campaigns and promotional activities through all online channels (web site, Apps, search, affiliate, SEM, Social)
Influence Customer shopping behavior to increase items per order, average order value, and frequency, with the overall objective of increasing Customer lifetime value
Work with marketing and creative services in developing and executing promotional and transactional campaigns as it relates all SEM and Affiliate programs
Collect and aggregate data from various sources to make recommendations in consumer segmentation and remarketing
Develop advanced analytical solutions to formulate insights across all e-commerce properties, ensure tracking, reporting and analytics are functioning optimally
Track, measure, and report the success of web campigns through building reports, data analysis and making recommendations to maximize effectiveness based on findings
Evolve daily/weekly/monthly Web Traffic Reports
Communicate data with internal and vendor partner teams to facilitate integrated traffic campaigns
Work with team members to grow the company's email lists as well as optimizing the websites
3+ years of ecommerce and digital marketing experience, preferably in a consumer product environment 
Proven track record of driving qualified traffic to e-commerce websites and Apps and increasing conversion
Knowledge of SEM and analytic softwares including AdWords, Google Analytics and Social Media tools
Experience with data analytics, digital merchandising management and reporting campaign success
Strong background in using Magento CMS platforms
Microsoft programs such as Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Ability to be resourceful, hands-on, detail oriented and work independently while being a strong collaborator with peers
Strong analytical and communication skills
Self starter with the ability to work both independently and as team member
